New Shipping information

We are happy to announce that all our cute wear is shipped from our new warehouse in Florida.

You can add your zip code at check out to learn about the shipping costs for your order.

Refunds and Returns

Please take a minute to let us know the reason for your refund. We take your feedback seriously and want to do better. Kindly send us an email to hello@canandcan.com so we can coordinate your refund. Once received, refunds take 7-10 business days to process. 

Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price only when accompanied by a Can & Can™ proof of purchase. If neither the customer nor Can & Can™  can locate this documentation, the refund will be issued at the value determined by Can & Can™.

Eligible returns received within 30 days of purchase will be issued to the original form of payment when available. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the purchase date.

Can & Can™ items that were not purchased from Can & Can™ directly, should be returned to the place of purchase. Please see Amazon's return process here.
